Reservation
If you're interested with any of the following Trips Destination on this website, please feel free to leave your details on our reservation form. Please book your tour as soon as possible to avoid disappointment , Booking are still acceptable, with in 24 hours prior to date of departure, subject to airlines seat availability.

Payment
Minimun 50% form total costing is require to be prepaid on your Reservation date Through our Bank Account , or Direct to our sales Office in Bali , and the rest of Its total amount will be collect one day or on your departure date for maximum Time. Payment is acceptable in International Currency,Your nationality Currency, Or Indonesian Rupiah, Based on on IATA Exchange Rate.

And Please note :
For Payment Through Bank account, The transferring tax is not Including in the priced .

PAYMENT
All bookings should be prepaid by bank transfer and inform by email, fax, 2 week before arrival date. Failure to pay or late payment will result in cancellation of booking. Exception will be made only if other previous arrangements have been made or special contract.

Cancelation Policy
Cancelation fee would be imposed with cancellation category as we Enclosed Below :
30 Days     : 25 % From Total Priced     21 Days     : 40 % From Total Priced
14 Days     : 50 % From Total Priced     7 Days     : 75 % From Total Priced
3 Days     : 95% From Total Priced     No Show     : 100% From Total Priced

All Above Cancelation Categories are start to Count Down to your Trip Departure date , when the Reservation is made OR After the Pre-payment is paid to our bank Account.

Refund Policy
No Refund for cancellation made in 3 Days to the date of departure, OR For Failure to show up at your designated departute time. And
No Refund will valid for Cancelation which is the Payment has Transferred To Our bank Account .

Limitation Of Liability
Flores Adventure Tours , Acts only in the capacity of Transport Companies, Accommodations, Carrier, and other Local Agent which is Connected with it’s Itineraries. Will No Responsibility for any personal belonging missing , Accident - Including Death , Change of schedule , Irregularities ETC which are beyond our Control.
